What is Bargaining Chatbot Addon ?

Bargaining Chatbot Addon is a Addon Plugin for WoowBot. It extents WoowBot functionality and add ability to bargaining with shoppers with a minimum acceptable price or also define Global discount. It will add a button called "Make your Offer Now" right underneath of Add to Cart Button on product landing page.


Installation

You can install "Bargaining Chatbot Addon" plugin by following some simple and easy steps and you must have the WoowBot Pro plugin installed on your website.

Please find 'bargaining-chatbot.zip' file inside your downloaded package and install it following the steps below: -

 

From your WordPress dashboard:

  1. Visit 'Plugins > Add New'
  2. Click on 'Upload'
  3. Click on 'Browse' button and then select 'bargaining-chatbot.zip' from file upload window
  4. Then click 'Install Now' button. The plugin will be installed within some moments.
  5. Then click 'Activate Plugin' link to activate the installed 'Bargaining Chatbot Addon' plugin.

Manual Installation:

  1. 'Upload / Copy'  'bargaining-chatbot.zip' file to your 'wp-content\plugins' folder
  2. Unzip the 'bargaining-chatbot.zip' file
  3. Visit 'Plugins -> Installed Plugins' from your site dashboard
  4. Find 'Bargaining Chatbot Addon' in the plugins list, and activate it by clicking on 'Activate' link


Getting Started

After installing 'Bargaining Chatbot Addon' plugin, you will see a Menu called Bargaining Chatbot and you will be redirect to Bargaining Chatbot's Help & Lisence page. Here you have to put your lisence key to get automatic updates.


Setting Up Bargaining Chatbot For Your Woocommerce Products

After installed 'Bargaining Chatbot Addon' plugin and added lisence key in Help & Lisence page successfully, You are ready to setup the Bargaining feature for your Woocommerce Products.

There are some couple of steps you should follow along.

  • First of all, you have to Enable Bargaining Chatbot from Bargaining Chatbot page.

  • If enabled Bargaining button will not display for products that are already on sale.

  • After you have enabled "Enable Bargaining Chatbot", Enable global maximum acceptable discount for all products.

  • Or a new field called "Minimum Acceptable Price" will be added under "Sale price" field in General tab of every Product Edit Page. You have add your minimum acceptable price for every product in order to allow WoowBot to bargain with shoppers.

  • After you have added Enable global maximum acceptable discount for all products or Minimum Acceptable Price for a product and hit update/save product, In product details page you will see a button called "Make Your Offer Now" right underneath of Add to Cart button and ofcourse you can change the button text i will discuse on it in below section.

    For variable product

    Product details page you will see a button called "Make Your Offer Now"

  • Use Lightbox Modal instead of WoowBot for bargaining


Philosophy of Bargaining Chatbot

In this section I will explain Philosophy of Bargaining Chatbot.

  • When user click on the "Make Your Offer Now" button the WoowBot window will open and show the product image, title, regular price & sale price. Then the bot will say "Make me an offer that I cannot refuse!"

  • After that the bot will expecting a offer price from user, e.g. I can pay 1500 for this item.

    • If user's offer price less then the minimum acceptable price, the bot will say "Your offered price 1500£ is too low for us. Can you do better?"

      • If again user's offer price less then the minimum acceptable price, the bot will say 3 times.

        1. Your offered price 1600£ is too low for us.
        2. The best we can do for you is 2000£. Do you accept?.
        3. Yes/No button.


        In second message, The bot offer a price which is the Minimum Acceptable Price you have added for this product.


        • If user accept the bot offer price and click on the "Yes" button, then the bot will add product to cart with discount price.
          Messeages will be look like below.

          1. CONGRATULATIONS!
          2. Your product has been added to the cart.
          3. Checkout Now button.


          This will be end of the conversation.

        • If user deny the bot offer price and click on the "No" button, then the bot will say "Please tell me your final price. I will talk to my boss.".

          • Now the bot expecting the Final Price from shopper. Now shopper can put the final price, e.g. 1900 is my final.

            After given the final price from shopper, the bot will again ask shopper for email address. e.g. Please tell me your email address so i can get back to you.

          • Now the bot expecting the Email Address from shopper.

            After getting the email address from shopper, the bot will say "Thank You."

            This will be the end of the conversation.

    • If user's offer price greater then or equal the minimum acceptable price e.g. I can pay 2100 for this item, then bot will say -

      1. Your offered price 2100£ is acceptable.
      2. Should we finalize the deal and add the product to you cart so you can check out?
      3. Yes/No button.

    • If user accept the bot offer price and click on the "Yes" button, then the bot will add product to cart with discount price.
      Messeages will be look like below.

      1. CONGRATULATIONS!
      2. Your product has been added to the cart.
      3. Checkout Now button.


      This will be end of the conversation.

Philosophy of Bargaining Lightbox

In this section I will explain Philosophy of Bargaining Lightbox.

  • When user click on the "Make Your Offer Now" button the Lightbox Modal will open and show the product image, title, regular price & sale price. Then you submit your offer price.

  • After that the modal will expecting a offer price from user.

    • If user's offer price less then the minimum acceptable price, the message will display "Your offered price 300£ is too low for us. Can you do better?"

      • If again user's offer price less then the minimum acceptable price, the message will show 3 times.

        1. Your offered price 300£ is too low for us.
        2. Should we finalize the deal and add the product to you cart so you can check out?
        3. Yes/No button.


        In second message, The modal showing offer a price which is the Minimum Acceptable Price you have added for this product.


        • If user accept the modal showing offer price and click on the "Yes" button, then the bot will add product to cart with discount price.
          Messeages will be look like below.

        • If user deny the offer price and click on the "No" button, then showing message "Please tell me your final price. I will talk to my boss." and you will submit a offer price.

          • Now shopper can submit the Final Price .

            After given the final price from shopper, the modal will again ask shopper for email address. e.g. Please tell me your email address so i can get back to you.

          • Now shopper can submit the Email Address

            After getting the email address from shopper, the modal will display "Thank you. We will get back to you ASAP!"

    • If user's offer price greater then or equal the minimum acceptable price e.g. if offer price submit 340, then modal will display -

      1. CONGRATULATIONS!
      2. Your offered price 340£ is acceptable.
      3. Should we finalize the deal and add the product to you cart so you can check out?
      4. Yes/No button.

    • If user accept the modal showing offer price and click on the "Yes" button, then the bot will add product to cart with discount price.
      Messeages will be look like below.


      This will be end of the conversation.
