Eoffice is an online application software for synchronizing and coordinating hectic and messy office works,its buit upon on mysql and simple core php. It is a customer friendly and efficient software to effectively monitor and coordinate the functionalities in a office, by managing the employee working time, employee work reports, attendance management, project management and leave management.
Step 1: Download the e-office.zip from our website and extract them.
Step 2: Next create a database and then import the e-office.sql file
Step 3: Change the name of database to 'yourDBname' in yourfolder->includes->config.php
User management is for admin to view and manage the details of the employees/users in the backend.
Here the roles and permissions are set, the permissions to views and access pages are set in this section. This section is to understand who all have permission to do what in the backend, who has guest access and who all are Admin
Attendance management is to keep track of the time the user has been working, this module will give the total working time of the employee.
In this module the user can manage their profiles, can update the details, profile photos etc. the users can manage how their profile will look like to other users.
Leave management will help to keep track of the leaves taken by employee/user, can check the status of the applied leave request, this module will also give a list of the entire leaves taken by the user/employee.
Report maintenance section is to keep track of the project employees has been working on and how they long have been working on that project. This section helps in monthly evaluation of the employee work status.
Project management section is for adding and assigning projects to users/employees can check which project is assigned to which employee and how long he has been working on that project.
Login using the following url with username and password admin, admin into the callmycab admin panel.
